Alvaro started investing in real estate shortly after graduating as a Mechanical Engineer from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 1995. In 2003 he earned his real estate license and became a Loan Officer.  This helped him transition out of corporate America and become serial entrepreneur. Today Alvaro is a Certified Small Business Adviser, owns a home concierge business with his wife, and as President of Freedom Day Network, a social impact real estate company, makes homes available to first time home buyers of low to moderate income.
